The culmination of your project. This includes the final walk-through reports, punch lists, pictures, warranties, and any certification of compliance

Your Responsibilities

Pre-Construction

  • Clear furniture from work areas.

  • Notify neighbors about construction noise .

  • Confirm material selections 

During Construction

  • Provide site access during work hours (7 AM – 5 PM).

  • Make material selections by the deadline to avoid delays.

  • Secure pets and valuables (we love animals, but tools and paws don’t mix!).

Please Avoid

  • Removing protective coverings our team puts up. They are for your safety

  • Entering restricted work zones or moving anythign within the work areas.

  • Delay payments or decisions – This will prevent delays.

On-Site Expectations

We understand how stressful construction can be and we've developed a seamless Onboarding Process to make sure we're always on the same page. From the Pre-Construction Meeting to the Final Walkthrough, La Vaca General Contractors ensures a stress-free journey. Let us handle the details while you envision your dream space.

  • You have the right to know what to expect throughout the project. We provide a comprehensive, easy-to-understand contract that outlines the work we will perform.

  • You have the right to know the exact costs before work begins. We will always provide an exact price and obtain either a signature or agreement before starting any additional work.

  • You have the right to expect punctuality and responsibility from everyone at La Vaca General Contractors LLC. If we cannot be on time for an appointment, you will receive a phone call to reschedule.
